Begin where you are: at the beginning!
While there is nothing quite like the energy of leading an open-levels class, teaching those new to the practice of yoga holds a HUGE place in my heart. One of the reasons I love teaching beginners is that they continue to always teach ME. Together we learn and together we practice. Starting the first week of March, I will be leading two different series geared towards beginners. Whether you have never stepped on a yoga mat, or have been taking classes for some time, and are interested in diving a bit deeper into the specifics of each pose, I have an offering for you:
*Brand New Beginners Level One: 8 Tuesday evenings from 7:30-9:00 p.m. March 3rd-April 21st. Wake Up Yoga Fairmount. Register Here.
