Spring Thaw: A Yin and Vinyasa Workshop

Now that Spring is in full effect, melt away the last layers of cold and make space for growth. This hip and heart opening focused workshop will begin with a well-constructed yin yoga practice designed to relieve stiff joints and tight muscles. Following the deep opening, we’ll flow through a vinyasa practice, warming the body from the inside out. We’ll start slow and steady and build up to peak hip and heart opening, before grounding back down and settling into a cozy savasana. The space we’ll create in the hips and heart center will clear out any stagnation and chill still lingering from the winter, so that we may fully embrace all of the blooming possibilities for growth and change this Spring season.
